Why work with a mortgage broker instead of a bank?
For most people reading this—nope! I’m paid a commission by the bank or lender you choose after closing.
If you need a private mortgage, that’s different. Private lenders don’t pay commission, so there’s a fee involved—but don’t worry, we’ll talk about it upfront so there are no surprises.
